Please find below Cumberland's Threshold Guidance. The Threshold Guidance has been updated in July 2026 to reflect legislative changes and revised language.
As part of national legislative developments, changes relating to Family First Partnership Programme (FFPP) have been introduced. In response, we undertook a review of the current Threshold Guidance to ensure that it reflected those changes and aligned with the evolving approach to supporting children, young people, and their families.
A fully reviewed and amended version of the document will follow in April 2027.
