Training
Cumberland Safeguarding Children Partnership is committed to ensuring that the wider children’s workforce is operating in an environment where learning and improvement underpins their work with children and families.
All organisations working with children and families are responsible for ensuring that staff receive appropriate safeguarding training relevant to their role and responsibilities. To assist organisations in fulfilling this responsibility, CSCP has produced a guide.

Training Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy
The CSCP appreciate that, at times, organisations may need to cancel places they have booked on training courses. However, this can be costly in relation to wasted resources.
Therefore, the CSCP have implemented a training cancellation and non-attendance policy and if you need to cancel a training course you have booked, you should email the CSCP Business Team within the timescales outlined in the our Training Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy.
