Family Feedback

Families are contacted by the Early Help Area Officers, from the Family Help – Partnership and Assurance Team, to ask if they would like to give their views of their Early Help Support. This might be during the Early Help support or when support ends. 

We offer a number of ways which families can feed back including Team Around the Family meetings, (TAFs), phone calls and online feedback forms such as the one to the right of the page.

We really value family feedback to help us learn, to celebrate when things have gone well and improve where needed.
